The role involves assisting walk-in customers, showcasing products, and achieving showroom sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and recommending suitable furniture solutions.
Present and explain product features, materials, pricing, and customization options.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the showroom’s furniture collections and promotions.
Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Assist in maintaining showroom displays and ensuring products are well-presented.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
Stay updated with current market trends and competitor products.
