Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Revenue Generation
Drive revenue through acquisition of current clients and activation of trading accounts
Promote broking, distribution, and investment products such as equities, derivatives, mutual funds, IPOs, bonds, and PMS (if applicable)
Develop local market strategies to increase branch profitability
Achieve monthly and annual business targets
Team Management & Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff including dealers, relationship managers, and operations executives
Set targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews
Ensure training and skill development of team members
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain solid relationships with high-value and retail clients
Handle key client escalations and ensure high service quality
Enhance client retention and cross-selling opportunities
Operations & Compliance
Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations
Adhere to SEBI, NSE, BSE, and exchange compliance norms
Ensure proper documentation, KYC, AML, and audit readiness
Coordinate with compliance and risk teams for inspections and audits
Risk & Control




Monitor trading activities to minimize operational and financial risks
Ensure client margins, exposure limits, and risk policies are followed
Prevent unauthorized trading and compliance breaches
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Coordinate with HO departments such as compliance, risk, operations, and marketing
Track branch performance metrics and take corrective actions

Educational Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce, Business, Finance, or related field
NISM certifications (Equity Derivatives, Mutual Funds, Compliance) preferred
MBA (Finance / Marketing) will be an added advantage

Preferred Experience
Prior experience as Branch Manager / Relationship Manager / Team Leader in a stock broking firm
Exposure to retail and HNI client segments
Experience in managing a profit-center branch

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
