Hiring – Head of Hostel Operations

We are looking for a Head – Hostel Operations to manage and oversee the overall hostel operations.

Key responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the team of wardens
Ensure overall hostel maintenance and smooth functioning
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and food quality
Coordinate with the hostel team and management
Coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs and facility-related issues
Conduct regular hostel inspections
Address student concerns and day-to-day operational issues
Ensure wardens follow their duties, shifts, and hostel rules

Requirements:
Fluent in Kannada and English
Additional languages such as Hindi/Telugu will be an advantage
Valuable leadership and team-management skills
Prior hostel/residential facility management experience preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
