Key Responsibilities
Collect blood, urine, stool, sputum, and other patient samples as per laboratory protocols.
Properly label, store, and transport specimens to avoid contamination.
Perform routine laboratory tests as assigned by the Pathologist or Lab In-Charge.
Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment and analyzers.
Prepare slides, reagents, and testing materials required for laboratory investigations.
Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of test results.
Maintain laboratory records, registers, and documentation.
Follow quality control procedures and laboratory standards.
Adhere to infection control, biosafety, and biomedical waste management guidelines.




Monitor stock levels of laboratory consumables and inform the department head regarding shortages.
Assist doctors and pathologists in special investigations and procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory area.
Ensure confidentiality of patient information and test reports.
Coordinate with nursing staff, doctors, and other departments for sample collection and reporting.
Perform any other laboratory-related duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
