Key Responsibilities
Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
Attend to mechanical breakdowns and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Perform fitting, alignment, installation, dismantling, and repair of mechanical components.
Handle pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, filling machines, packaging machines, and other production equipment.
Replace and repair bearings, shafts, couplings, valves, belts, chains, and other mechanical parts.
Assist in machine installation, modification, and commissioning activities.
Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and spare parts used.
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to reduce machine downtime.
Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, SOPs, and company policies.
Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S standards in the maintenance area.

Pay: ₹9,257.66 - ₹20,000.00 per month
