Sura Publications is looking for a Telecaller to contact customers, schools, colleges, bookstores, and distributors to promote and sell our educational and competitive exam books. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and prospects.
Explain Sura Publications' books and educational products.
Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer relationships.
Generate leads and support sales activities.
Maintain call records and customer information.
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing.

Requirements
Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
Valuable communication skills in Tamil.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Previous telecalling or sales experience is an added advantage.
