Position Overview Role Description Engineer is responsible for managing or performing work across multiple areas of the bank's overall IT Platform/Infrastructure including analysis, development, and administration You’ll be a seasoned software engineer with 5 years of experience , joining a team of enthusiastic individuals striving to innovate, design, and build solutions that meet comprehensive requirements. You’ll be familiar with SDLC and Agile practices , able to translate requirements into technical solutions while communicating effectively both within and outside your team. You’ll have strong development skills, be familiar with IDEs and development toolsets, and contribute through code reviews to identify inaccuracies efficiently. Additionally, you’ll help team members and serve as a role model with potential exposure to team leadership .
