Position Overview Location: Pune, India Role Description As part of SPR Treasury Pilot in 2026 year and further implementation of the program in 2027/2028 tangible changes across FIC area are expected to allow Treasury Execution of money market deals booked in SPR. An agile delivery team is being formed to carry out those changes. The team leader will oversee team formation and head the team, ensuring it navigates within Deutsche Bank performance culture, and that program retains momentum. The lead will be responsible for designing and building solutions as part of agile delivery team tasked with accelerating Treasury Execution of SPR delivery. Accountable for the maintainability of solutions and ensuring that refactoring is appropriately prioritised alongside recent requirements.
