Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Machine Operator role based at SRI SARVARAYA SUGARS LIMITED’s facility in Rajahmundry. The Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor sugar processing machinery, ensuring continuous and efficient production. Responsibilities include performing routine checks, adjusting machine settings, and reporting any mechanical issues to maintenance teams. The role involves following safety guidelines, maintaining cleanliness around equipment,



and assisting with minor troubleshooting. The Machine Operator will also record production data, support quality checks, and collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to meet daily output and quality targets.
Qualifications

Ability to operate and monitor industrial equipment, including strong skills in Machine Operation and working with Machinery.
Experience in Quality Control, with attention to detail in inspecting products and maintaining production standards.
Comfort using Hand Tools for basic adjustments, minor maintenance, and safe handling of equipment components.
Effective Communication skills for coordinating with team members, supervisors, and maintenance staff.
Knowledge of manufacturing safety practices and willingness to follow plant safety protocols.
Prior experience in a factory or production environment, preferably in food or sugar processing, is an advantage.
