We support the commercial front-line team in the Order-to-Cash process by submitting quotes, generating contracts, and liaising with OTC teams such as legal, Order Management, Fulfillment, and Client Financial Relations. The Impact: The Revenue Operations team plays a critical role in optimizing revenue generation and enhancing the commercial buying experience. Assisting internal partners in fixing starting and ending ACV in Salesforce to ensure accurate reflection in the sales and marketing dashboard of Power BI: Collaborate with internal partners to update and maintain accurate starting and ending ACV figures in Salesforce, facilitating effective reporting and analysis in Power BI.
