Job Description




- Handling request and tickets for HR Operations related queries from employees and managers for the countries to which RSC HR team is providing services.
- General Employee Life Cycle support for the countries transitioned or with no local HR department
- Maintaining data in Workday pertaining to employee life cycle such as Promotion, Transfer, Contract extension, Title change, Probation & other job change transactions.
- Keep the Documents & SoPs updated as per the new changes in the processes
- Ensure all daily deliverables are done as per agreed timelines
- Ensure strong adherence to defined Turnaround time and SLA.
- Participate in weekly/ Monthly update calls with Countries and Global HR Ops Team.
- German Language Expert

Functional Competencies
- Knowledge and experience of working in multinational company
- Robust knowledge of HRIS, Ideally Workday
- Strong experience of working in HR Shared Service center environment
