The Role As a Consult Learning Partner at Kyndryl, you will support moderately complex client and business needs while managing small- to mid-sized learning initiatives. This role requires creativity and sound judgment to develop innovative solutions, coordinate planning efforts, and successfully execute programs.



You will analyze performance metrics across multiple initiatives and translate data into actionable insights that inform and shape the organization's learning strategy. In this role, you will also ensure seamless integration of training offerings into Workday, enabling employees to access and engage in development opportunities. Key Responsibilities Support the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of key instructional design programs and learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, learner needs, and organizational standards. Manage the migration of training data from external vendors into Workday, ensuring accurate tracking of completions, reporting, and maintenance of training and user records Coordinate end-to-end logistics for learning events, including scheduling, enrollment tracking, assessments, reporting, and stakeholder communications Forecast training demand in collaboration with internal operations
