Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for translating the brand and product narrative into fun
learning modules
* Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning gaps and design
target curriculum strategies
* Produce short-form video scripts, interactive PPTs, visual cheat-sheets,
and gamified quiz modules
* Rewrite technical vehicle specifications into warm, benefit-driven customer
stories
* Responsible for all content updation for Brand, Product and Tools and
Systems
* Responsible to make interactive and fun physical training manuals that can
be used on the shop floor- Ex, Flash cards, SOP books etc
Ideal Candidate
* 3–5 years in Instructional Design, Content Creation, or EdTech (proficiency
in Articulate, Canva, and video tools)
