About the Role:

Looking for proficient Chiller sales professionals who can Develop and maintain solid relationships with Channel, Consultants, architects, developers, contractors, and end customers to generate business opportunities.





Role Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth of Commercial Applied products including Chillers, Heat Pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and related HVAC solutions within the assigned territory with 6 to 10 years of experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Channel, Consultants, architects, developers, contractors, and end customers to generate business opportunities.
- Identify project opportunities in commercial buildings, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, data center, and infrastructure segments.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, project quotations, and bid submissions as per customer requirements.
- Manage project pipelines through CRM and ensure timely conversion of opportunities into orders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, documentation, and reporting requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and profitability goals for the region.
