Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive with at least 2 years of experience in handling tender processes. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end tendering activities, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with internal teams to submit competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities / Experience:
Managing end-to-end tendering activities on government portals including GeM
Searching and identifying relevant bids/tenders on GeM and other e-procurement websites
Preparing and uploading bids (technical & financial) on the GeM portal
Handling vendor registration, product listing, and catalog management on GeM
Understanding bid requirements, eligibility criteria, and compliance documentation
Managing online bidding, reverse auction participation, and price comparison on GeM




Coordinating for documents such as EMD, certificates, and approvals required for tender submission
Tracking bid status, order processing, and post-award activities on the portal
Ensuring timely submission and adherence to government procurement guidelines

Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering/bidding process
Positive knowledge of government and private tender portals
Robust documentation and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously
Attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
