A hotel maintenance technician keeps the building, guest rooms, and equipment secure and working. Key duties include repairing equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and responding to guest requests.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Guest Rooms & Public Areas: Fix leaking faucets, unclog drains, repair broken furniture, replace light bulbs, and program TVs.
System Repairs: Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC (heating and cooling) systems, electrical switches, and plumbing lines.
Preventive Checks: Inspect machinery, tools, and building fixtures regularly to stop breakdowns before they happen.
Safety & Logs: Follow safety rules like Lockout/Tagout, keep clean work areas, and write down completed work tasks.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
