Core Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Understand client project goals, style choices, and money limits. Create architectural designs based on customer input and feedback.
Design & Drafting: Create initial sketches, 3D models, and precise technical drawings. Adjust contracts and designs to meet the changing needs of clients.
Regulatory Compliance: Check local zoning laws, building codes, and safety rules. Adhere to all industry standards in design
Team Coordination: Work with civil, structural, and electrical engineers plus construction contractors to implement designs.
Site Supervision: Visit building sites to check work quality and make sure builders follow the plan.

Technical Roles & Responsibilities:
Robust Design skills using AutoCad, Sketchup, Revit, 3d Studio, Adobe Photoshop.
Ability to handle multiple projects and keep them within budgets and timelines.




Skills in drafting architectural plans and high quality Detailing.
Must have robust skills in Photo realistic Rendering.
Coordination with customer at design and construction stage.
Make on-site visits.
Ensure all works are carried out as per the design.
You should have strong visualization and conceptualization abilities.
Expertise in layout color, lighting, materials selection.
Need to have knowledge about MEP and structural design.
