Follow up with vendors for pending Job orders and material deliveries.
Monitor Job order quantity, delivery dates, and pending quantities.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
Obtain and maintain order confirmation and delivery commitments from vendors.
Regularly update the vendor follow-up / pending material tracker.
Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Production, and other departments regarding material requirements.
Escalate delayed or critical materials to the concerned manager.
Follow up for urgent and priority materials based on production requirements.
Verify delivery details with vendors before dispatch.
Maintain records of vendor commitments, delays, dispatch details, and received quantities.
Communicate with vendors regarding shortage,



excess quantity, quality issues, and documentation when required.
Prepare daily/weekly pending material reports for management review.
Support the Purchase team in maintaining valuable vendor coordination and timely material availability.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
