We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecall Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers/leads and explain our services.
Handle customer queries and follow up with leads.
Maintain call records and update customer information.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-conversion targets.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior telecalling/sales experience is an advantage.
