We are looking for a proactive and well-organized HR Executive to manage and coordinate complete HR operations within the school. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, people-management, coordination, and administrative skills.
Key Requirements:
Solid experience in recruitment and end-to-end hiring
Payroll management
Positive working knowledge of PF, ESI and other statutory compliances
Employee documentation, attendance and leave management
Handling onboarding and exit formalities
Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR operations
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Organised, responsible and comfortable coordinating with management and employees
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
