We are looking for a dedicated Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain wastewater treatment systems. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth plant operations while following all safety and environmental regulations.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor wastewater treatment plant equipment.
Perform routine inspections and record operational data.
Monitor pumps, motors, valves, and control systems.
Collect water samples and conduct basic water quality tests.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and report major faults.
Maintain daily logbooks and operational records.
Follow safety procedures and environmental compliance standards.
Assist with preventive maintenance activities.
Requirements
Diploma/ITI/B.E. in Mechanical,
Electrical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in wastewater treatment plant operations is preferred.
Knowledge of pumps, motors, valves, and PLC/SCADA systems is an advantage.
Ability to work in shifts if required.
