About the Role : We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to join our Finance team. If you have a solid understanding of accounts payable processes, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliations, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations, including accurate tax deductions and documentation.
Coordinate with vendor Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure timely payments. Verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and supporting documents.
Prepare and execute vendor payments through approved payment methods. Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain periodic Bank Reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records. s and internal stakeholders to resolve payment, tax, and invoice related queries.




Maintain accurate vendor master data and accounts payable records. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare MIS reports and support internal, statutory, and tax audits.
Identify opportunities to improve accounts payable processes and strengthen financial controls.

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
Strong working knowledge of Accounts Payable, GST, TDS, and Bank Reconciliation.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, NetSuite, or similar) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
