Job Title: Warranty Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Handle and process vehicle warranty claims as per Hyundai warranty policies.
Verify warranty eligibility, documents, repair details, and supporting records.
Prepare and submit warranty claims accurately within the required timelines.
Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts, and Hyundai officials regarding warranty claims.
Ensure proper documentation of warranty repairs and claim-related records.
Follow up on claim approvals, rejections, and pending cases.
Identify and correct claim errors to minimize claim rejections.
Maintain warranty records and prepare regular reports.
Ensure compliance with Hyundai warranty procedures and guidelines.




Support the service team in resolving warranty-related customer concerns.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of warranty-related data.

Preferred Qualification:
Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Experience in an automobile dealership/service center or warranty processing is preferred.
Valuable communication, computer, documentation, and coordination skills.
Knowledge of automotive service and warranty procedures will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
