Job Title: Junior Sales Executive (for cold calling and emailing)

Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to client engagement and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential customers through cold calling, emails, networking, and online platforms.
Assist in conducting product/service presentations and introductory client calls.
Understand basic client requirements and support in recommending suitable solutions.
Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
Support the sales team in closing deals and achieving monthly targets.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking performance,



and documenting customer feedback.
Knowledge of web development (Nice to have : Python & Django frameworks)
CRM & Web client handling experience. (Client handling experience)
Lead generation / Deal closure experience and

Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales processes and client handling.
Comfortable with cold outreach and lead generation activities.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced workplace.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.

Qualification:
BBA/MBA(preferred)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
