Position: Business Development / Lead Generation Executive – US Market
Experience: 6–9 months
Preferred: Candidates with prior exposure to the US market and/or US staffing/recruitment

Key Requirements:
Hands-on experience in cold calling and lead generation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing through multiple recruitment platforms and tools.
Positive understanding of LinkedIn-based prospecting and outreach.
Ability to identify and engage potential clients and decision-makers.
Take complete ownership of LinkedIn activities and deliverables, including connections, outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation.
Ability to build and maintain both client and candidate pipelines.
Robust follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and take accountability for assigned deliverables.

Preferred Tool Exposure:
LinkedIn / LinkedIn Premium / Sales Navigator
Apollo or similar lead-generation platforms
Job boards and resume databases
Boolean search and other candidate sourcing tools

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
