Key Responsibilities
Oversee complete production processes for cosmetics and personal care products.
Allocate jobs to workers and machines for smooth and productive workflow.
Prepare and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
Coordinate with QA for BMR/BPR review and approvals.
Coordinate with Stores for dispensing of raw and packing materials.
Monitor daily production progress and ensure timely completion.
Maintain and uphold quality standards in all manufacturing activities.
Update status boards for manufacturing and packing lines regularly.
Train and supervise operators, workers, and line supervisors.
Monitor consumable usage and implement cost control measures.
Prepare and distribute finished goods transfer notes.
Maintain production-related documentation, logbooks, and reports.
Coordinate with QC for testing, approvals, and result retrieval.
Skills & Competencies
Robust understanding of cosmetics and personal care manufacturing processes.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of GMP, documentation, and compliance standards.
Effective coordination and communication across departments.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in production within the cosmetics or personal care industry.
