Job Description:
Execute manufacturing operations in injectable plant (compounding, filling, sterilization)
Monitor process parameters and ensure product quality
Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and operational logs
Follow SOPs, GMP guidelines, and safety protocols
Support QA/QC sampling, testing, and release activities
Assist in equipment maintenance, validation, and calibration
Maintain cleanroom hygiene and environmental monitoring
Report anomalies and participate in corrective actions
Requirements:
Understanding of parenteral/injectable manufacturing processes
Familiarity with GMP documentation and regulatory requirements
Ability to work in shifts and high-pressure settings
Team player with valuable work ethic
