Job Title: CSR Lead Generation Executive

Department: CSR / Fundraising

Location: Wadala Office

Reporting To: Fundraising & Partnerships Lead

Role Overview

Responsible for building and maintaining a robust CSR prospect pipeline through research, outreach, and lead qualification.

Key Responsibilities
Identify 20–25 CSR prospects per month (companies, foundations)
Build and maintain CSR donor database
Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Generate and qualify leads for fundraising team
Schedule meetings for Fundraising Lead
Track all leads and interactions in CRM/Excel

KPIs
20–25 recent leads/month
40–50 outreach attempts/week
8–10 qualified meetings/month

Requirements
1–3 years experience in sales / tele calling / lead generation
Strong communication skills
Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups

Compensation

Fixed + performance incentive based on meetings generated

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
