Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to manage sales operations and achieve business targets within an assigned territory. The ASM will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing distributors/dealers and sales representatives, expanding market presence, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Develop and execute area-wise sales plans and strategies.
Manage distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.
Identify new business prospects and expand market coverage.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising in the market.
Build and maintain robust relationships with channel partners and customers.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, pricing,



and competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates.
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and other departments to resolve business issues.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments as per company policy.
Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
