Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the sales, operations and profitability of 4 existing Bombay Kulfi outlets, with responsibility for upcoming outlets across Bangalore.
Drive monthly sales growth by implementing operational and local marketing initiatives.
Monitor daily sales, footfall, average bill value, and profitability across all outlets.
Plan, manage, and monitor stock procurement, inventory levels, and replenishment.
Coordinate stock dispatches from the central kitchen/warehouse to all outlet locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Maintain inventory accuracy and minimise wastage through effective stock control.
Work closely with outlet managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and consistent customer service.
Coordinate with mall management teams at kiosk locations to maximise visibility, execute promotions, and resolve operational issues.




Plan and execute corporate orders, catering opportunities, festivals, and promotional events to increase revenue.
Ensure all outlets comply with company SOPs, hygiene standards, and food safety regulations.
Analyse outlet performance, identify improvement prospects, and implement action plans.
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate outlet teams to achieve operational excellence.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports for management.
Support the setup, launch, and stabilisation of current Bombay Kulfi outlets as the business expands.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
