Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Manager with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the HVAC industry to lead our sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
Identify market opportunities and assess competitor activity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management.
Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their performance and skills.
Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to align strategies.

Qualifications:
Minimum 6 years of experience in HVAC sales,



with a proven track record in management.
Solid understanding of HVAC systems and market dynamics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
