Position: General Maintenance Staff

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Maintenance Staff to handle day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the building, facilities, and equipment. The candidate should ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed safely and efficiently to maintain a clean, functional, and well-maintained workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine building and facility maintenance.

Handle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and repair works.

Inspect equipment and report any faults or damages.

Carry out preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled.

Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas.

Assist in installation and minor repair of fixtures and equipment.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests.

Ensure proper use of tools and maintenance materials.

Requirements:





Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair work.

Ability to use hand tools and maintenance equipment.

Physically fit and able to perform maintenance duties.

Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented.

Prior maintenance experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
