Soni and Soni Advocates & Attorneys, an IP law firm specialising in trademark, copyright, and patent services, is seeking a confident, sharp, and communicative Sales & Client Relations Coordinator to support our Manager in growing and maintaining client relationships.

What You'll Be Doing
Handle incoming leads and inquiries — respond promptly, understand their requirement, and explain the firm's services clearly
Speak with current prospects over calls to qualify interest and coordinate next steps
Stay in regular touch with existing clients — updates, follow-ups, and coordination — from the office
Support the Manager by preparing him for client visits with relevant background and updates
Maintain organised records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups
Report regularly to the Manager on lead status, conversions, and client communication
Ensure smooth handover between current leads, ongoing client coordination, and the legal team

What We're Looking For
Strong sales aptitude with excellent, confident communication skills




Comfortable speaking with current leads and clients over calls, building trust quickly without meeting in person
Sharp, quick-thinking, and able to understand and explain a specialised service (no legal background required — full training provided)
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
Organised and dependable — able to manage multiple leads and relationships without things slipping
Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, or a similar client-facing role preferred
This is an office-based role — no field travel required
