Conduct training sessions for recent and existing employees as per their job roles.
Provide practical and process-based training to employees.
Prepare and manage training schedules and ensure timely completion of training.
Monitor trainees’ learning progress and overall performance.
Conduct re-training or second-round training whenever required.
Address trainees’ questions, doubts, and process-related issues.
Evaluate employees’ knowledge and performance after training.
Maintain training attendance, records, and performance reports.
Provide regular feedback to management regarding trainees’ progress.
Train employees on current processes, policies, systems, and updates.
Ensure employees understand and follow company procedures, quality standards, and work guidelines.
Coordinate with management and other departments to identify training requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
