Perform manual soldering of electronic components, wires, connectors, PCBs, and assemblies.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
Assemble electrical and electronic components as per specifications.
Inspect solder joints to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Identify and rectify soldering defects such as cold joints, bridging, and insufficient solder.
Use soldering stations, desoldering tools, heat guns, and other assembly equipment safely.
Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area (5S).
Ensure proper handling and storage of electronic components.
Report quality issues and production concerns to the supervisor.
Support rework, repair, and troubleshooting activities when required.
Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality.
Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
