We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Service Engineer to join our team in Bhosari. The ideal candidate should have a background in Mechanical or Electronics engineering and a willingness to work in field service, troubleshooting, and customer support. This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience. Service engineers typically provide technical support, perform repairs and maintenance, and help ensure equipment runs efficiently for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customer sites for equipment inspection, troubleshooting, and service support.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
Provide preventive maintenance support to reduce breakdowns.
Communicate with customers and explain service updates clearly.
Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, service updates, and issue resolution.
Support customer satisfaction through effective and skilled service delivery.
Required Skills
Basic technical knowledge of mechanical or electronic systems.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
Willingness to work in field service and travel locally if required.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a team.
Eligibility
BE Mechanical or BE Electronics.
Fresher or 1 year of experience.
Candidate should be willing to work from Bhosari.
Compensation
Salary: 15,000 to 25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
