ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a responsible, technically sound and result-oriented Production Supervisor to manage shop-floor production, manpower, machinery, quality, inventory and packing operations while ensuring on-time production target achievement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise complete PVC Pipe, Socketing & Bending production operations.
Achieve daily/shift-wise production targets within planned time.
Manage, lead and effectively utilize production manpower.
Monitor machinery operation, machine performance and production efficiency.
Handle and resolve production & machine-related issues with quick decision-making.
Maintain product quality and control rejection, wastage and rework.
Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory.
Supervise packing, labeling and proper handling of finished products.
Maintain accurate daily production, manpower, quality and inventory reports.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores and Dispatch teams.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies, SOPs,



safety rules and discipline.
Maintain time punctuality, attendance and shop-floor discipline.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
