Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce the company's products and services.
Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally and provide accurate product information.
Generate current business opportunities by identifying customer requirements and converting leads into sales.
Follow up regularly with prospective customers to maintain engagement and increase conversion rates.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities in company records or CRM software.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through courteous and skilled communication.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely customer support.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets assigned by the management.
Resolve customer queries and escalate technical or service-related issues to the concerned department whenever required.
Continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills through company training programs.

Pay: From ₹13,000.08 per month
