Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery:
Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons in line with the CBSE curriculum.
Use innovative teaching methods to enhance learning.
Student Development:
Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and interactive activities.
Provide personalized feedback and support to help students achieve academic goals.
Classroom Management:
Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning setting in the classroom.
Encourage active participation and critical thinking.
Co-Curricular Involvement:
Mentor students for inter-school and intra-school events.
Administrative Duties:
Prepare lesson plans, progress reports, and maintain accurate records of student performance.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings, training programs,



and school events.

Qualifications and Skills:
Experience - Teaching: 3 years
Bachelor’s degree in related field (Master’s degree preferred).
B.Ed. degree or equivalent teacher training certification.
Prior teaching experience as preferably in a CBSE school.
