About the Role:
Our Fashion Studio in Raipur is hiring an experienced HR Executive to manage recruitment, staff coordination, and day-to-day HR operations for our growing team.

Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Manage onboarding and induction for recent employees
Maintain employee records and attendance
Coordinate with department heads on staffing needs
Handle basic payroll coordination and leave management
Address employee queries and support workplace policies

Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR documentation
Ability to multitask and manage staff coordination across departments
Prior experience in a studio, retail, or small-team setup preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
