About the Role

Boomify Media is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills, experience managing ad budgets, and a proven track record of generating leads, sales, and measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Generate qualified leads and drive conversions.
Monitor KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CPL, and CTR.
Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively.
Track conversions using Analytics, Pixels, and Tag Manager.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Collaborate with the creative team on ad creatives and landing pages.
Stay updated with platform updates and digital marketing trends.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
