Key Responsibilities
Build and manage education agent partnerships across Sri Lanka.
Promote international education programs and drive student recruitment.
Identify and onboard recent agents and recruitment partners.
Achieve student enrollment and business development targets.
Conduct agent meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
Coordinate with agents throughout the admission process.
Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain recruitment records and submit regular reports.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,958.09 per month
