An EMI Collection Telecaller is responsible for contacting customers to remind them about pending loan EMI payments and helping recover overdue amounts in a skilled manner. Typical responsibilities include:
Make outbound calls to customers with overdue EMI payments.
Remind customers about pending dues and payment deadlines.
Explain outstanding amounts, payment options, and penalties.
Negotiate payment commitments and follow up until payment is made.
Resolve basic customer queries related to loan or EMI payments.
Update customer interaction and payment details in the CRM/system.
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets while following company policies.

Required skills:
Valuable communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language)
Convincing and negotiation ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM)
Customer handling and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a target-driven setting

Eligibility:

Usually 12th pass or graduate.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
