Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide prompt, courteous service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages as per service standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables and service areas.
Assist Captains and senior service staff during operations.
Ensure proper table setup and clearing.
Handle guest requests professionally and promptly.
Follow all F&B; hygiene, safety, and operational standards.

Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality/F&B; is preferred.
Freshers with a good attitude and willingness to learn can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service oriented and well-groomed.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Captain

Key Responsibilities




Supervise and coordinate the service team during operations.
Ensure smooth and effective restaurant service.
Take orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Ensure proper table setup, service standards, and cleanliness.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations.
Train and guide Stewards and junior service staff.
Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.
Assist the Restaurant Manager/Outlet Manager with daily operations.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in F&B;/service operations.
Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Excellent guest-handling abilities.
Well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused.
Ability to manage a team in a rapid-paced environment.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
