Optometrist (Optical Retail – Hooghly)

Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified Optometrist to join our clinic team in Hooghly. You will perform exact eye examinations, diagnose vision issues, and prescribe corrective lenses while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
Eye Examinations: Conduct accurate refraction tests and comprehensive vision assessments.
Prescriptions: Prescribe spectacles, contact lenses, and low-vision aids.
Patient Consultation: Guide patients on lens types, coatings, and contact lens care.
Equipment Care: Operate and maintain ophthalmic instruments like autorefractors and lensmeters.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the store manager and sales team to ensure smooth orders.

Job Requirements
Education:



Diploma in Optometry (D.Optom) or Bachelor in Optometry (B.Optom).
Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, patience, transparent communication, and customer service.
Location: Hooghly, West Bengal.
