Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and new vendors.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for engineering and manufacturing materials.
Source quality materials at competitive prices while maintaining company quality standards.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor procurement activities.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve supply-related issues.
Track material availability to support uninterrupted production.
Conduct market research to identify alternative suppliers and improve procurement efficiency.
Work closely with production, stores, and accounts teams for smooth procurement operations.
Maintain accurate procurement records using ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
Monitor procurement costs and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and documentation.





Required Skills & Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement within a manufacturing or engineering industry.
Strong knowledge of vendor development and supplier sourcing.
Positive understanding of the local supplier market and manufacturing ecosystem.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.
Experience in Purchase Order (PO) management and procurement planning.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple vendors and prioritize procurement activities.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.28 - ₹55,000.74 per month
