Digital Marketing & Social Media
Assist in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Support the team in planning and scheduling social media content.
Assist in creating engaging posts, reels, stories, and other digital content.
Research current social media trends, hashtags, content formats, and competitor activities.
Monitor social media engagement and prepare basic performance reports.

Content & Campaign Support
Assist in developing marketing content for real estate projects and company initiatives.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators for marketing requirements.
Support the execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns.
Assist in preparing promotional materials, presentations, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for recent marketing ideas and campaigns.

Market Research
Conduct research on real estate market trends, customer preferences,



and competitors.
Collect and organize market information for marketing campaigns.
Assist in identifying recent marketing opportunities and target audiences.

Lead Generation & Coordination
Support lead-generation activities through digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
Assist in maintaining and updating marketing and lead databases.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding marketing-generated leads.
Track campaign responses and assist in preparing reports.

Event & On-Ground Marketing
Support the marketing team in organizing property events, exhibitions, promotional activities, and corporate events.
Assist with on-ground branding and promotional activities.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
