Key Responsibilities:
Attend incoming calls from patients and provide accurate information regarding dental treatments and services.
Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and patient reminders.
Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
Explain treatment plans, packages, and promotional offers to patients.
Maintain and update patient records in the clinic management system.
Follow up with patients regarding pending treatments and recall visits.
Handle patient queries and complaints professionally and direct them to the concerned department when required.
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets as assigned.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
