Lead the design, development, and configuration of Oracle Core HR modules, ensuring alignment with organizational HR strategies and processes.
Proven experience managing all project phases – including client demos and workshops, requirement gathering, analysis/design, configuration, CRPs, validation, transition, testing & UAT, cut-over, go-live, and post-implementation support.
Deep expertise in Core HR functionalities such as organization and work structure management, position and job management, employee personal information, probation, transfers, promotions, salary processing, DOR/letters, exit management, and journeys.
Robust understanding of Redwood, security configurations, and approval workflows,



with experience in customizing these components.
Proficiency in page customization using Page Composer and VBCS, with a focus on enhancing user experience and interface functionalities.
Stay ahead of the latest Oracle Core HR updates and enhancements, evaluate their impact, and lead efforts to recommend and implement system improvements.
Excellent communication skills with experience in client-facing roles, including stakeholder management and requirement articulation.
Proven ability to lead projects, mentor junior team members, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Bachelor’s /Post Graduation Diploma / Master’s Degree in any field
