We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong EdTech background and 8+ years of experience to drive franchise expansion, manage franchise partner relationships, execute marketing strategies, and achieve business growth targets for Elysium Group of Companies, Madurai.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute franchise marketing strategies to expand Elysium Group's presence across Tamil Nadu and beyond
Identify, onboard, and manage franchise partners and ensure brand consistency across all franchise locations
Visit colleges, institutions, corporates, and industry partners to promote franchise opportunities and generate leads
Plan and execute field marketing activities — education expos, franchise meets, seminars, and road shows
Drive admission and enrollment targets across all franchise locations through effective marketing campaigns
Monitor franchise partner performance and provide marketing support, training,



and guidance
Track and report franchise marketing performance — leads, conversions, enrollments, and ROI
Identify recent market prospects and potential franchise territories for business expansion.

Required Skills
MBA in Marketing / Business Administration or relevant degree
8+ years of marketing experience with at least 5+ years in EdTech / Education / Franchise territory Marketing
Proven track record in franchise development, institutional partnerships, and enrollment-driven marketing.
College & Corporate Relationship Management
Robust Communication, Negotiation & Presentation Skills
EdTech / Education / IT Training Domain Expertise.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
